| Cambridgeshire Family History Society | The Society was founded in 1976 and it now has about 1,800 members, mainly in the UK but also in Australia, New Zealand, Canada and the USA as well as several other overseas locations. |
| Fenland Family History Society | The Fenland Family History Society was founded in 2001 to promote and encourage the study of family, local and social history with particular reference to persons having lived in, or having been associated with, the historical area now known as Fenland. Fenland comprises the former Isle of Ely, parts of South Lincolnshire and West Norfolk. |

| Cambridgeshire Local History Society | Since its foundation in 1951 the Society has published a regular journal with articles on a wide range of Cambridgeshire topics, people, buildings and village histories contributed by members and others. |
| Cambridgeshire Record Society | The Cambridgeshire Records Society exists to publish documentary sources relating to the History of Cambridgeshire and neighbouring areas. The Society was originally known as the Cambridge Antiquarian Records Society when it first became separated from its parent organisation, the Cambridge Antquarian Society. As well as academic publications records are documented from Newspapers, various archive listings and other areas of historical interest. |
